Your CCTV records. Our AI software runs your gate.

Read every vehicle's number plate at the gate, keep the entry–exit register automatically, count people and catch unsafe or unauthorised activity — using the cameras you already have.

What the software does

One software. Three jobs your cameras could never do alone.

Plain CCTV only records — someone still has to watch it and write the register. Our AI software watches every feed for you and turns it into records and alerts.

Vehicle entry & exit

Our software reads every truck, tanker, car and two-wheeler at the gate from your CCTV feed — photo, number plate and time, automatically.

  • Auto-captures front and plate photos on IN and OUT
  • Reads Indian number plates, including commercial and HSRP plates
  • Matches each vehicle to its gate pass, PO or delivery
  • Time inside the premises calculated automatically

People & head detection

The software counts people, watches restricted zones and alerts you the moment something is not right.

  • Head counts at entry and exit points, by hour and shift
  • Intrusion alerts for stores, yards and restricted areas after hours
  • Crowding alerts for counters, loading bays and gates
  • Snapshots saved with every event for review

Safety & compliance

The software checks safety rules at the gate and on the floor — no one has to stand there all day.

  • Helmet and safety-vest checks at site and plant entry
  • Every violation stored with photo, time and camera
  • Daily safety summary for the plant head

How the gate works — with no register to write

From the moment a truck reaches the gate to the moment it leaves, every step is recorded with photos and time.

  1. 01

    Vehicle arrives

The software spots the vehicle in the gate camera feed and saves its front and number-plate photos.

  2. 02

    Plate is read

The number is read and checked against expected vehicles, gate passes and the blacklist.

  3. 03

    Guard confirms

The guard sees the photo and match on a tablet and allows entry with one tap — or is alerted.

  4. 04

    Linked to work

Entry is linked to the weighbridge slip, PO, delivery or visitor pass — no register to write.

  5. 05

    Exit captured

On the way out it is captured again; time inside is calculated and overstays are flagged.

People, security & safety

Know who is where — and get told when something is wrong

Head detection counts people at entrances and inside zones. Rules you set — after-hours entry, crowding, missing helmets — trigger instant alerts with a photo.

  • Unregistered vehicle at Gate 2 — guard verification needed
  • CG 07 XX 4471 inside for 4 h 10 m — allowed 2 h
  • Person detected in Raw Material Store after 10:00 PM
  • No helmet detected at Site Entry — Camera 3

Alerts reach the guard's tablet, the supervisor and the owner on WhatsApp.

Built for real gates

Designed for dust, night shifts and dirty number plates

Real sites are not perfect demos. The software is built to handle what actually happens at an Indian plant gate.

  • Dirty, bent or missing plates

Unclear reads go to the guard's verify queue with the photo — corrected in one tap, never silently lost.

  • Same vehicle, many captures

Repeated reads of a vehicle standing at the gate are merged into one entry automatically.

  • Exit without entry

A vehicle leaving with no entry record is flagged at once, with both photos for investigation.

  • Overstay & blacklist

Alerts when a vehicle stays inside beyond the allowed time, or when a blocked vehicle arrives.

  • Night, dust and rain

Works with IR / night-vision feeds; during the site survey we check each gate’s camera angle and height.

  • Internet goes down

The software runs on a small computer at your site, so capture never stops. Alerts sync when the connection returns.

Uses your existing CCTV

Our software connects to most IP cameras and NVRs already installed — no special cameras to buy in most cases.

Video stays on your premises

The software processes video on-site. You decide who sees what and how long footage is kept.

Connects to your systems

Weighbridge, gate pass, ERP, Tally and WhatsApp alerts — so entries flow into your records.

FAQ

AI Vision Software — common questions

Can you use the CCTV cameras we already have?

Usually yes — we provide the software, not cameras. It connects to most IP cameras and NVRs. Number-plate reading needs a camera at the right height and angle at each gate, so during the free site survey we tell you which existing cameras work and, if a gate needs one, which standard model to install.

How accurate is the number-plate reading?

It depends on camera position, lighting, vehicle speed and plate condition, so we set up and tune every gate on site. Any plate the system is not sure about goes to the guard with the photo for a one-tap correction — nothing is skipped.

Does it need internet?

No. It runs on a small computer at your premises, so capture and the gate register keep working offline. WhatsApp alerts and owner reports go out whenever the internet is available.

Where is the video stored, and who can see it?

On your premises. Access is by role — the guard sees the gate screen, the supervisor sees alerts, the owner sees reports — and you decide how many days of footage and photos to keep.

Can it connect to our weighbridge, ERP or Tally?

Usually, yes. Most weighbridge systems and ERPs can share data, and Tally accepts imported entries, so vehicle entries can be linked to weighbridge slips, purchase orders and gate passes. We confirm exactly what is possible with your systems during the site survey.

What does it cost?

You pay for the software, priced by the number of gates and camera feeds connected, plus a small on-site computer if you do not already have one. The site survey is free, and you get a clear one-time and yearly cost before anything is set up.
